Job Overview:

We are looking for a Procurement Lead to drive strategic procurement initiatives, optimize costs, and implement AI-driven innovations in procurement processes. This role will be responsible for developing and executing procurement strategies, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring compliance with company policies. The ideal candidate will have experience in shared services or tech-enabled procurement, expertise in ERP systems, and a proven track record of implementing technology-driven procurement solutions. This role requires strong contract negotiation skills, the ability to influence stakeholders, and cross-functional collaboration to enhance procurement efficiency.

• Strategic Procurement & Cost Optimization
  

• Develop & execute procurement strategy
  

• Strategic sourcing, supplier consolidation, contract negotiations
  

• Establish KPIs and procurement metrics
  

• Track savings & efficiency
  

• Supplier performance
  

• Provide regular reports and insights on procurement performance, supplier evaluations, and cost savings.
  

• Vendor & Supplier Management
  

• Strong supplier relationships to ensure quality, pricing, and service levels
  

• Risk assessment to ensure compliance with company policies
  

• Develop vendor performance evaluation framework

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Shared services or tech-enabled procurement
  

• Have implemented technology-driven procurement solutions
  

• Strong contract negotiation and vendor management skills
  

• Expertise with ERP systems
  

• Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels and drive cross-functional collaboration
  

• Amenable to report at the company’s offices as required (Makati and Taguig)
  

• Must have Fiber Optic internet with at least 25 Mbps bandwidth
